Most people trying to get into real estate are doing it after work, alone, paying rent somewhere else and stitching together software they half understand. Micro Squads removes all three of those problems at once: where you live, who you are around, and what you are working with.

Twelve months is the term because a full year is what it takes to generate leads, make the mistakes, get better at the conversations, follow up long enough for it to matter, and build a process you can repeat.

Two things, billed separately. The upfront training fee covers the full twelve months of training, the CRM and tools, the systems and the investor community. The monthly room fee covers your private bedroom in the squad house, with utilities included, across the 12-month term. Both are confirmed in writing before your term begins.

Through financing or a bank transfer — Afterpay, Klarna or a wire, depending on what is enabled at checkout. Approval, terms and any interest are handled by the provider you choose at checkout, not by us.

No. A course sells you information you then act on alone, at night, around the rest of your life. This changes where you live and who you are around for twelve months. The training is included — the environment is what you are actually getting.

The one or two other people accepted into that house. Squads are two or three people, deliberately small, and everyone comes through the same application and call. We talk you through who else is in your house before your term starts.

No license and no experience — the training starts at finding motivated sellers and assumes you are beginning from zero. Experienced investors are welcome too; usually they want the environment and the systems rather than the curriculum. How you fund the year is a conversation for the call.

Bring it to the call. Some people arrive with savings and go all in, others taper down from work. What does not work is treating a year of immersion like a weekend hobby.

We publish the city, state, ZIP and every detail about the home itself, and share the exact address with accepted applicants at the walkthrough. Posting the addresses of homes people live in publicly is not something we are willing to do.

One screen. You pick a squad house from the map — or choose virtual learning — and that takes you straight to signup, where you enter your details, pick your start date and cover the training fee. Your spot is confirmed straight after checkout. There is no separate application stage.

No. Virtual learning is a complete way to do the program: the same twelve months of training, the same CRM, tools and investor network, from wherever you already live. No squad house and no monthly room fee. It is offered alongside the houses, not as a consolation.

Each squad house has its own move-in date, shown on the house and on the signup form. You choose your start date there, and it cannot be earlier than the day that house opens. Virtual starts are arranged on your call.

No. All sales are final: the training fee is non-refundable, and neither the training nor a squad house booking can be cancelled or refunded once purchased. Choosing a house also takes that bedroom out of availability, which is why the booking cannot be released back. The full terms are on the terms and conditions page.

We cannot promise that and we will not. There are no guaranteed deals and no guaranteed income. What is guaranteed is twelve months of housing, training, tools, community and an environment built for the work. Nobody succeeds just because they joined.
